be up is an association (NGO) for the promotion of international youth
exchange and was founded in 2021. The focus is on how sporting
activities can inspire a sense of community and at the same time
contribute to personality development.

By organizing and taking part in intercultural Erasmus+ Exchanges
we focus on bringing together different cultures and backgrounds.

Our projects are focused to add value in several dimensions.
Body as well as mind shall be challenged while joy builds
the center of attention. The participants are challenged to
try themselves out and experience their fellow human
beings in unfamiliar surroundings.
